Helping at the sale is invaluable to maintaining an efficient and successful sale event. Please take note of the guidelines for helping out before signing up to be on the Busy Bee Team.

  • Must be a consignor to help out at the event. (minimum to consign is 15 small items or 1 large item)
  • Team members pay Wee Trade 25% sales commission (you keep 75%)
  • Team member must sign in and complete work shift/shifts to pay less in sales commission.
  • No children during your shifts.  Thanks for understanding.
  • Busy Bee Team member must be age 16 or older
  • In order to ensure a smooth running sale it is required you fulfill your assigned shift. If you are working a drop off shift, please make sure your drop off appointment is after your work shift. If you are working the last shift on a drop off day, please make sure your appointment is early enough not to interfere with your shift.
  • Deadline to cancel or switch a shift online is Saturday, February 19th @ midnight. If  it is necessary to make a change or cancel after the deadline, the best way to reach us is via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • There are very few duties that do not require a lot of standing or walking. If you are pregnant and need a less active duty, please let us know  your work day and shift time so that  we will be able to accommodate you.
